This Privacy Statement describes how the team at Metal Seagulls Ltd handle your personal information, and respect your privacy.
We may amend this statement from time to time, but it will always be visible here on our website for you to see.
All “Personal Information” (information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person) that we collect and hold will be dealt with in accordance with this Privacy statement, as amended from time to time.
We have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) for the Metal Seagulls Ltd, who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy statement. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a visitor to any of our websites you can engage in most activities without providing any Personal Information.
We try hard to put people on / keep people on our mailing list who want to be there!
If you are on our mailing list, we only store your email on our list without any other identifying details.
However, when you order goods and/or services, we do collect and or store certain other information, such as
- Contact information such as your name, your various phone/ fax numbers, your address and email details
- Personal information such as your job title, job description and company name and company type; and
- Profile data, including your username and password, details about your purchases (if using our web-store)
If you are paying by debit or credit card, we will ask for cardholder name, billing address, long number, expiration date, card type and billing address of your credit card (please note this is never stored on our systems but will be entered into the relevant banking app/system for payment). Such data is controlled by the banking service used and is outside of our control.
As is true of the vast majority of websites, we may collect or monitor certain technical and routing information about your computer. For example, browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer. This can be used to measure traffic patterns to help us improve our service. We may use services such as Google analytics to help us understand the traffic movement on our sites.

As noted above, Metal Seagulls Ltd uses third party credit card processing companies to process payments from you for our goods and services. These are third parties and outside of our control.

We only share the Personal Information which is necessary for them to perform those services.
