The Zenair STOL aircraft are able to fly remarkably slow.... and in some cases the airspeed reading gets a bit out of range.... For increased accuracy, Metal Seagulls have developed a simple 'ahead of wing' pitot system that also enables easy routing of the the pitot line DOWN the wing strut (making access and service easier than routing through the wing).
