Our 1/4" NPT fuel level sensor provides a +12V signal in the ABSCENCE of liquid.

This sensor CANNOT be mounted vertically,  but has been shown to work both horizontally and at around 45dgrees. 

External mount using a 1/4"NPT boss (as found on the Metal Seagulls CH750 Header tank).

DO NOT CUT BACK THE BLACK HEATSHRINK ZONE when installing.

Connect the RED wire to the +ve  supply, the BLUE wire to the -ve (GND) and the GREEN wire to your LED/Instrument/etc.  The Green wire connects to the +ve leg of the LED.  Current will flow only in the ABSCENCE of fluid in contact with the sensor.  Check your installation before use.
